Acceptable Use Policy

QualiFlow AI sends messages and places calls on your behalf. These rules exist so that the people you reach are contacted lawfully and respectfully, and so that the carriers and providers we depend on keep delivering your traffic.

Last updated: 3 September 2026

1. Scope

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses QualiFlow AI: account owners, the team members they invite, and any automated activity — including conversations, follow-ups and calls carried out by Aria, our AI assistant — that you configure the platform to perform. You are responsible for what your account does.

2. You must have permission to contact people

Laws on marketing and automated communications differ by country and by channel. Examples include the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM in the United States, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, and the GDPR and ePrivacy rules in the United Kingdom and the European Union. You are responsible for knowing which apply to the people you contact and for meeting them. In particular:

  • Obtain the consent the law requires — for many automated texts and calls to mobile numbers that means prior express consent, and for marketing it is often prior express written consent — before you message or call anyone, and keep a record of how and when it was given.
  • Identify yourself honestly in every message and call. Do not disguise the sender, use a number you are not authorised to use, or imitate another business or person.
  • Honour every opt-out immediately. When a contact replies to an SMS with STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT, the platform records the opt-out and stops sending to that number. You must not work around this, re-import an opted-out number, or continue contacting the person on another channel they have not agreed to.
  • Respect do-not-call and do-not-contact lists that apply to you, and any local limits on calling hours.
  • In the United States, application-to-person SMS is sent on registered campaigns (A2P 10DLC). You must give accurate information for that registration and use the number only for the use case it was registered for. Carriers can block traffic that does not match.

3. Prohibited uses

You must not use QualiFlow AI to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or calls, or any message the recipient has not agreed to receive where the law requires their agreement.
  • Contact lists you bought, scraped or otherwise obtained without the consent of the people on them.
  • Mislead recipients about who is contacting them, or configure Aria to deny being an automated assistant where the law or the recipient's reasonable expectation requires disclosure.
  • Commit or facilitate fraud, phishing, or the collection of passwords, payment card numbers or other credentials.
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate or defame anyone, or send content that is hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit — and never any content that sexualises or endangers minors.
  • Send content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the recipient's, or that promotes illegal activity.
  • Transmit malware, malicious links or any code designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to systems.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Share your sign-in details, resell or sublicense access, or let anyone outside your account use it.
  • Interfere with the service — for example by overloading it, probing or testing its security without our written permission, or circumventing plan limits, usage quotas or safety controls.

Carriers and messaging providers also restrict certain content categories — commonly sex, hate, alcohol, firearms and tobacco — and may block it, or require extra registration, independently of us. Traffic in those categories is at risk of being filtered even where it is lawful.

4. Data you bring to the platform

  • Only upload contacts and other personal data you have the right to use for the purpose you are using it for. Our Data Processing Addendum governs how we process it on your behalf.
  • Do not collect or store special categories of data — such as health, biometric, or data about religion, politics or sexual life — through the platform unless you have a lawful basis to do so and genuinely need it.
  • Do not ask contacts for, or store in conversations, full payment card numbers, passwords or government identification numbers.
  • Do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age at which the law in their country requires parental consent.

5. Calls and recordings

Voice calls handled through QualiFlow AI may be recorded and transcribed so that the conversation can be reviewed and summarised. Many jurisdictions require that one or all parties to a call be told it is being recorded, and some require their consent. You are responsible for configuring the disclosures your situation requires, for obtaining any consent needed, and for complying with the telephony rules of every country you call.

6. Automated access and scraping

You may access the service only through its user interface and the integrations and APIs we document. Do not scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-extract data from the service or from any page it renders, do not reverse-engineer it, and do not use automated tools against it beyond the rate at which a person would use it, except through those documented interfaces.

7. Using the AI assistant responsibly

You decide what Aria knows about your business and how it answers. You are responsible for those instructions and for the conversations they produce. Do not instruct it to give medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice as though it were a licensed professional, to make promises your business cannot keep, or to produce any content this policy prohibits. Review what it says on your behalf as you would review a member of your team.

8. Enforcement

If we believe an account is breaching this policy, we may — depending on the seriousness — warn you, throttle or pause sending, disconnect a number or channel, remove content, or suspend or terminate the account, and we may do so without notice where we consider it necessary to protect recipients, other customers or the service. Where the law requires it, we cooperate with carriers, providers and authorities. Carriers apply their own rules and may block traffic before we are aware of a problem.

9. Reporting abuse

If you have received an unwanted message or call sent through QualiFlow AI, or believe an account is breaching this policy, email legal@qualiflow.ai with the number or address involved and a copy of the message, and we will investigate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as laws, carrier requirements and the service change. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of QualiFlow AI after a change means you accept the updated policy.
